How do I reset AirLoop Snap?

Please try to reset the earbuds as follows:

• Turn off the Bluetooth of the mobile phone to ensure that the earbuds will not be connected to any electronic devices;
• Take the earbuds out of the charging box, and quickly press the logo button 5 times;
• You will see the purple light for 2 seconds; then red and blue lights start to flash.
• Put the earbuds back into the charging case.
